Our home sold in hours with a cash offer which meant we had to move out quickly. With no time for more yard sales we needed help fast. Chris and his family were amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule. They took truck load after truck load of salvageable items to local thrift stores that support the community such as St. Vincent De Paul and the Lighthouse...It is tough parting with your years of accumulated boxes (of memories and unused items being stored because "we had the space"). They were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 am, didn't get there until 9:20! No call or warning, just…read moredidn't show up. We had to call to find out where they were. The crew was 2 young men who had obviously not been trained well. We had worked very hard prior to their arrival to separate the donations from the garbage...didn't matter, they threw it all away! They charged $350 per load to the landfill and made 2 trips because they brought a small trailer! Then charged $275 for the load going to be donated. Tim was flippant when discussing the job in the phone. If I had been the one making the final call, we would not have used this company. I will definitely not choose them in the future for any of my needs!
