Called them to come out and change three locks. I was quoted trip fee of $25 and $29 per lock + a few dollars per extra key. Nothing was mentioned about extra fees for a different handle, deadbolt, etc. So, I was expecting to pay maybe $125. Trip ended up costing me $250+. This one handle was extra $55 and each deadbolt was $35. I begrudgingly agreed to $55 as that was disclosed before work started. Deadbolt was surprise at end. Work order was "chicken scratch" without amounts extended or completely filled in and I signed it. Stupid me! Buyer beware!! read more

I highly recommend Absolute Locksmith. I lost my keys and I was locked out of my car. When I called, the woman was super nice and helpful. When the service man arrived, he fixed what appeared to be a dire situation. To my absolute surprise, he was able to get in my car, make a new key and he was kind enough to make an extra plus a lockout key. This may not sound very impressive, but I'm almost certain that if I had called elsewhere, they would have said, sorry lady, I don't know what to tell you. I would have been sh*t out of luck. This review is long over due. Every time I drive by their place, I say a little thank you because I absolutely appreciate what they did. If you get locked out, please call them first. read more
