I can't recommend them enough! A while back, I was locked out of my home and had to drill into the lock, so it was broken and needed to be replaced. John really went above and beyond. He was able to replace the lock and match it to the same keys I already have as well as matching the color. I also explained to him that I had to slam the door in order for it to catch.
