We also ended up adding on mosquito and tick service which we found worked tremendously! They are very punctual and he always sent his reminds out with ample time if we needed to reschedule for any reason. As of now, our bug infestation is down to a normal amount of yard bugs, we don't see problems with the mice, and the mosquito treatment worked wonders!!! He quickly gave Advice on how to make and spray a lavender oil and water mixture to deter them. However we did ask for the professionals to treat a corner of our roofline where we saw multiple wasps coming & going from, which we were very pleased to see that activity stop. This week we called Keith back out due to finding 5 wasps in our bathroom this weekend. The mud wasps, carpenter bees and yellow jackets were as bad as before. You could NOT tell there had been any treatments done. So, we called to cancel, since we were dis-satisfied. The is a catch. If you CANCEL, they charge you $250. So, hard sell, useless, ineffective 'treatments' and a hefty cancellation fee. Oh yeah, they have you by the short and curlies. After calling, we were told that our service appointment did not get printed and sent to a technician. Honest mistake, so we made a second appointment and the technician was sent to the wrong house. When we contacted the owner to explain that the technician never showed at the requested address he made it seem like it was our fault. They were given the new address twice and also told that the new residence does not have land line service yet and to call a cell number not the old home number. When we explained that we wanted to cancel our service due to too many mix ups the owner proceeded to yell at us. He called us a number of inappropriate names and immediately said we needed to pay a cancellation fee or he would send it to a collections agency. He was highly unprofessional and extremely rude.
