We had an active termite infestation, they came out and analyzed it and then called Interstate Repair Services, they gave us an estimate of $1500.00 worth of damage. That did not even cover the insulation that had to be replaced. Look elsewhere for a reputable Pest company that honors its warranties. I had found the original warranty from 2000 and it states that with an active termite infestation they will pay the damages. I can attest they will not, you will be left doing the repair work and paying for it. I contemplated legal action, but at this point, it is not worth it, I have dealt with chain companies, and they are very good at hiding behind franchises. I will make it a point to let everyone know, this is how they treat customers.

It's extremely frustrating to pay $500 for an incomplete service that only took the technician 40 minutes and did not get the job done. Subsequently, I persistently called, left voicemails and emailed for 2 weeks letting them know of my issue and they kept giving me the run around. It's unfortunate because they were so quick to get me scheduled to take my money but when I told them they obviously didn't do the job I paid for, they have been completely ghost. Because of the nature of the situation and the health hazard, I had to call another company to fix the faulty job they did. The new company is excellent, great customer service and I will recommend them to everyone with any similar issues as well as my HOA because we have wildlife issues is my neighborhood quite often. Companies like Jesse James do not care about customers... customers who work hard NOT to throw away money! Then new owners/ landlords hired Intrastate and the rats were gone after just a couple weeks. The technician they sent out was happy to explain what they were planning to use and the risks to people and our pet cat. They used a natural product (vitamin D based i think) which we appreciated. The corporations are such a pain - they want everything but your first born before even reaching a person for a quote, and then they try to sell their packages for $499+. Every single quote was $299 minimum, for a job which took 15 minutes. Mike, on the other hand, charged much less, and was completely knowledgeable about the entire process. I left a message in the morning and he called me back that afternoon, looked at photos, assured me "no problem," and came over the next morning. Miserable stinging insects gone.
