Despite security escorting them out with warnings several times, they still managed to get back in (or, I dunno, maybe there were just more that security didn't catch) and continue soliciting for the entire day. I don't care how good their pest control is (and it sounds like it sucks), but if you have such complete disregard for a community and its homeowners, there's no way you'd ever get my business!

I spent $1,850 with Alpha Pest Services for rodent control, and unfortunately, I'm extremely…read moredisappointed with the results. Justin came out at the end of March, and the service I paid for specifically included attic treatment, sealing the attic edge line, sealing exterior weep holes, sealing an entry point along the garage roofline, and attic baiting/trapping. The entire point of paying this much was not simply to put out traps--it was to identify and seal the entry points so the mouse problem would actually be addressed. Yet only a few months later, I'm once again hearing mice running back and forth up in the attic. For $1,850, I think it's completely reasonable to expect the exclusion work to last longer than a few months. Instead, my experience has been that the emphasis seems to be on returning for repeated treatments every few months rather than actually eliminating the source of the problem. I understand that no pest-control company can guarantee a mouse will never enter a home again, but when you charge $1,850 specifically for rodent control and exclusion/sealing work, customers should reasonably expect the entry points to be properly identified and secured. I paid for a solution to the problem, not an endless cycle of recurring treatments.
