The gentleman came out and treated the area of concern. Unfortunately the nest was bigger than anticipated because they came back within a week. This particular area was hard to see since it was located on a hallow space above the window, that did not have access through our attic. The owner came back re-dusted the area outside and from the crawl space in the attic. We have not seen any activity since the 2nd dusting. I know that home projects do not always go as planned. I appreciate that the owner came out and ensured the quality of his work. We would definitely recommend this company and plan to use him in the future (if necessary).

The guy who seems as far as I can tell to be the only employee, said he wasn't sure he was allowed to discuss that with me and had to have his manager call me. It was a huge red flag because all pest control people who are licensed should know that they are required by law to not only tell you what chemicals they use, but show you the labels of their chemicals as well as their license number before providing a service. I told him there was no way I was going to let him spray in my house.

Told we had a raccoon in the crawl space- would have to be trapped (700) and insulation replaced (5000). Even trappers saw no evidence of the animal. Didn't finish but put entire charge on credit card. After numerous calls came back for about 15 minutes to finish and remove trap( of course no animal!) entire process probably took 2 hours . And just try and cancel service- almost impossible.
