I called LM and received a return call back immediately. I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday at 9AM. I received a call on Wednesday to ask if I could reschedule. I agreed to reschedule on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I received a courtesy call to confirm on Monday. The owner arrived timely and was very nice. He covered his shoes and found that the birds had not traveled to the attic. He spoke to my son while he was moving items off the floor of the closet to get in the attic. Unfortunately Wills does not do HVAC services but he explained what needs to be done to my son in a clear manner. I was on a conference call for work and unable to talk. The best part is the consultation is FREE. I would most definitely recommend their services.

I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.
