I had my reservation on the Greyhound app, a hard copy of the confirming email, my driver's license and the staff would not let us on the bus. In fact the driver was ready to drive off with my luggage still loaded. Ten minutes after the bus left us standing there in shock, one of the desk staff tells us we could have purchased another set of tickets and dealt with it when we arrived and then says "well you didn't ask". I've never encountered a more ridiculous process or a ruder group of people. No advice, no offer of assistance or problem solving - no nothing. Entities like this deserve to go out of business. This doesn't even scrape the bottom of the barrel of stupidity let alone deserve a place to function in today's sophisticated business operating environment...

After we called dispatch twice (because of no answer), they said because of construction, the shuttle was coming early and they sent us a text but the text didn't go through. They could see the text didn't go through (they told us that) and they didn't try and notify us. We weren't ready an hour early and were going to miss the shuttle, and all the dispatch said was too bad, you can take the next shuttle and miss your flight. The driver was nice and waited for us (and even told us there was no reason to go early because there is no traffic) but the dispatch has no customer service and is not helpful.

Benjamin coordinated everything well with us over phone, and Josh arrived to pick us up as our designated driver. It was just a 30 min drive but Josh told us so much about Glenwood, about his own life and his experiences traveling in Nepal. It was a very welcome experience for us and his courteousness and anecdotes kept us engaged throughout the drive.

Incredibly poor customer service experience, will never use Bud's Signs again…read more We are a business that provides services to adults with disabilities in the community and had scheduled to have them do vehicle wraps for an entire fleet of vans and buses, but after my first experience with John & the rest of the team, we will never do business with Buds Signs again. They were over the written time quote of 30-45 minutes to do the job by more than 45 minutes, and when I asked that they provide a more accurate time frame for us in the future, John made excuses, interrupted me, talked over me, and refused to take accountability. They sent us home with one van completed, and the stickers for the other van, and fraudulently charged us full price (for the sticker and installation) for two vans wrapped, when they did not complete the installation of the second van. When talking to billing, the lady again made excuses and failed to take accountability or apologize for over promising and under delivering, and when I shared that we needed the van to service adults with disabilities, she stated "Im sorry that 15 minutes was so life changing for you". Horrid customer service, fraudulent business practices.

We were looking for a way to enjoy the Grand Valley wineries without needing to drive.  Our group…read moreof six booked the Magnum tour.  Even the day before our tour, we heard great things about Sarah from one of the wineries we stopped at.  She is well-loved by her partners. She picked three places.  The first stop was so full of fun and the winemaker, Justin, took the time to explain about the Grand Valley and the winemaking process.  He was informative and kind and we had a great time.  I've done wine tours before, but no one spent time with us and hosted us as well as this.  Well worth the price.  Our second and third stops were nice as well, with options to choose between iced cocktails on a hot day or the selected wine flights.   Sarah herself was a delight and handled our brand of humor in stride.  At the end of the tour we were sad to say goodbye and were so glad that she was our host.

Where do I begin!? Tex's Riverways just provided me with the ultimate adventure out on Moab. When I…read morewas invited to come out this way for a friends wedding, I began thinking of what adventures I can could fit into the trip. I pondered on base jumping, off roading, flying... but then I read about canoe camping through Tex's Riverways and the choice was obvious!! From the first phone call to their office and speaking with Claire, I knew I made the right decision. They provided me with the choice of a 15' or 17' foot Grumman canoe or a kayak, and I went with my personal fave, the 15' footer. They also provided me with shuttle to the launch site, paddles, emergency flotation, advice on possible camping areas and hikes, and an emergency number for the parks rescue team. I purchased a map and rented a portable camping toilet. Aside from the above, you're pretty much on your own, which I loved lol. Yes, I decided to go canoe camping solo for 3 days and 2 nights. And indeed, it was a true test of my mental and physically abilities in every way. I feel grateful for the experience and was in complete awe of Mother Nature the entire time. Through the intense winds of the first day, paddling against the current to backtrack to the only feasible campsite for miles, starting my own fires with sunburnt fingers and 15+ miles of paddling in total, I truly felt alive. And the only times I used my cell phone were to take photos or to sent satellite texts to my loved ones to give them periodic updates. Ahh what a feeling to be disconnected from everything and to be present in the moment. I highly recommend this to everyone, though with caution and knowing your own limits and abilities. On second though, I highly recommend you go with a group and a guide, unless confident in your paddling and navigation skills!
