Jordan was the first introduction and he was great from start to finish. He answered all of my many questions and kept me informed of the status. What he said was going to happen, is what happened and when he said it would happen, it did. Prior to the tear-off, Valerie, in the office, let me know the schedule and what I should prepare and expect. In her defense, I did not read the email until the day after it started so I wasn't fully prepared for the roofers, but the document had every detail I needed to know. Angel was lead and he reached out to let me know the plan. As mentioned above, I was not fully prepared but Angel went above and beyond to get the area prepared.
