They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. He only said he didn't see anyone and had to get to another site. I asked him how he was planning on letting me know and he said something to the effect of he figured I'd find his number. It then took multiple texts and phone calls to get him so send his insurance information to me. He was driving and acted inconvenienced when I asked him to either return to the site or pull over to send the information to me. He finally sent the insurance to me. I've since filed a police report and contacted my and his insurance. Hopefully it gets taken care of. All in all, this company is either owned by or employees people that will knowingly hit and run.
