He walked his team through and showed them exactly what was needed per our initial discussion. He emailed us a complete, itemized estimate within an hour of his visit to our home. His scheduling coordinator reached out both through phone, email, and text and worked with us to arrange the timing. This company is the most professional I've had the pleasure to work with. They communicated through both texts and emails, sending photos of the job upon completion. They arrived on time and did a thorough job. They went above and beyond for us, including caulking a few of our windows and cutting off and disposing of an awning. I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well.
