He informed me there was extensive damage from a hail storm and suggested I think about making a claim. I did and insurance adjuster came and verified that roof and gutters were damaged and claim would be approved on stop. Tony took it from there and coordinated all the logistics with roofer and gutter personnel. Tony was flexible with dates on when all work could be accomplished with my work schedule. I upgraded my roof to class 4 and researched the proper paperwork needed by my insurance to be completed so I could receive additional discount to my homeowners insurance. He completed it and went above and beyond to hand carry the paperwork to my insurance agent Usually once the work is completed you don't see the roofer again. That's not the case with Tony and Riddle Roofing and Construction. I've recommended them to several neighbors in my area and they experienced the same. My neighbor said he loved the process from start to finish and was happy with their work so I thought it would be a safe bet for me to use them. With dozens of roofers knocking on my door it's so hard to know who to trust. From the very first contact from His and Hers Rooftop Solutions, I was treated with respect, kept informed and even educated on the re-roofing and insurance process. Axel and Gabe were fantastic to work with. From first inspection to final install took about a month. Most of the delay was waiting for the city permit so I could submit the change to my HOA before I could book the install. This is the second roof I have put on my house and this time was so much better than the first. Install started around 7:30 am and they were done by early afternoon (For reference my house is around 4,000 S.F.) I was very happy with their attention to detail making sure my rooftop vents were installed plumb and gave my fireplace vent a fresh coat of paint so it blended better with the new roof. They also did a pre and post attic inspection and made sure any vents that got knocked loose were reconnected. Their clean-up process was thorough as they made sure to pick up every little scrap of trash and every nail. I used a bar magnet on the street in front of my house after they left and couldn't find any nails. Axel did a great job in keeping my out of pocket cost down even though I had a 2% deductible. Even with the lower cost, they installed a beautiful class 3 roof that should be more durable than my last.
