As…read moresitting in parking lot waiting for store to open on Monday morning we received a call that a service tech had to go to hospital and they rescheduled us to Wednesday at 10:00 am. Understanding that things happen we agreed. Wednesday morning at 8:30 am again we receive a call and want to reschedule to Friday. The first reschedule we can somewhat understand that an appointment first thing in the morning on a Monday when a worker calls out not much you can do about that. By Wednesday, to continue to reschedule as this location has other techs and multiple mobile units they should have been able to recover, as a business owner with a fleet of vehicles. I will not give them a chance again.

So why not check the transmission fluid now, and guess what that was empty now too. The gas cap was broken, and battery was being jumped when I arrived to pick it up. They did not reconnect my windshield washer hoses so it was all leaking to the ground, the a/c blower motor had a shop towel in it, and there were paint sticks in the sunroof. More problems when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They were referred to me by Benton Nissan, but I wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy. If you do decide to take you vehicle here check all your fluids before you pull out of the parking lot.

I was involved in an accident that caused damage to the front driver's side of my vehicle. I was never called with updates, never asked to review my vehicle during repairs, and when I picked my car up, no one came out with me to inspect it or walk through the work that was done. I was simply handed my keys and sent on my way. Once I got home, I discovered that mechanical issues related to the accident were still present, and there was a very noticeable dent in the hood that was never repaired, despite it being an obvious and direct result of the accident. To make matters worse, my insurance told me someone would be calling to address these issues, and it has now been over two weeks with no contact whatsoever -- not a phone call, not an apology, not an attempt to resolve or even acknowledge the problems. Accidents are stressful enough without having to realize afterward that repairs were incomplete and then be met with total silence. The lack of communication, inspection, and accountability throughout this entire process is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop if you expect thorough repairs or professional follow-through.
