He was fast, thorough, and gave an estimate immediately following the visit in writing. When we wanted to move forward with the service, he was able to schedule us the next day! His team showed up early, and immediately got to work. There were ten+ people that came - and each had a role to play. In less than two hours, they were able to disassemble the massive dying tree we had. They ground the stump all the way down, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Our kids (and the grownups that are our neighbors behind us!) - all watched in absolute AWE. They were SO precise - large branches came falling only to be caught by suspension ropes - the maneuvered our shed, the fence, and other landscape obstacles with ease! Also my lawn was destroyed because they drove all over the wet grass with heavy machines instead of using the easily accessible driveway. They also ran the woodchipper in the middle of the yard, leaving the lawn covered in woodchips.

He said he was busy for a few weeks but would put me on his schedule since it wasn't an emergency job. We spoke two weeks later and he said he would the job the following Thursday. I went out to move the cars from the driveway at 7:50 Thursday morning and the crew were already in the street with a crane, a wood shipper and the rest of their equipment. They put plywood down to protect the lawn and proceeded to go to work. The job was done in a few hours, the guys were totally professional removing the trees and cleaned up. Except for the remnants of some saw dust left over from the stump grinding, you would never know the equipment, the guys or the trees were ever there. Great Job!! They walked around the property and asked me if they could also cut down some of my other trees. Of course I rejected the offer as that wasn't our agreement. They offered information stating how far they drove and just doing the initial job would be a waste of their time. I needn't say how furious I became and reminded them of how I will not be guilted into adding on a service simply because of their travels. Well, they decided to talk it over and declined the job. I don't know what kind of mess they're trying to pull on customers so I pulled up their website which showed the company doesn't open today until 8pm . Now, for the guys to arrive today outside of business hours, try to guilt me into accepting and paying for an additional service, then leave without even completing the agreed upon service; red flags are waving high in the sky. I asked for some additional branches to come off of a tree they had already completed and they had no problem with climbing back up and doing it. One of the guys jumped up on the roof and swept off any leaves and sticks. Even cleaned out a gutter. You would never know they were even here. They left everything immaculate. No chips, leaves, sticks or branches left behind. I can not say enough regarding how incredibly happy we are with their work. Very friendly workers and business owner. Top notch service.
