The employees are very kind and helpful and answer all your questions. From what I could see they only had 1 studio for workouts which was a decent size and the matting was comfortable too. Tolhe workout was a nice slow burn, it wasn't as bad as intense cardio but its definitely not a mild workout so be ready for sore muscles at the end!

Not only is Shanley a wonderful human being, but she is an amazing teacher, with great attentions to detail (which is so, so important in Pilates), and with a capacity for motivating others that I have rarely seen. I worked with her individually and in all the classes that she is offering, including spinning which is one of the things that I said I would never do in my life. Well, Shanley will get you do things that you said would never do. I am not going to dwell on describing the benefits of Pilates - I am assuming that if you are interested in it, you know what miracles it does for your body. My recommendation is to start with a few private classes and until you get the gist of it and then start with groups. I love the ladies that I are taking classes there as well.

It has always been hard to find something unique that holds my attention for a long amount of time. After years of CrossFit, I needed something easier on my body, but also something that gave results. With Pure Barre, I not only saw results quickly, but also gained a whole community of driven individuals from all walks of life. Everyone is so supportive of one another and it truly feels like a family. What also keeps my attention is that we set goals and work to achieve special challenges! I also love how Pure Barre works with local businesses for events. We have many free pop-ups on the weekends and it's always a good time! I'd like to preface this by saying that I've been to several Club Pilates locations around the…read morecountry as I travel often for work. NEVER in my life have I been talked to like the woman at the front desk treated me this morning. I was 8 minutes late due to a stoplight malfunction (stuck at the light for 15 minutes), and the second I walked in the door she was already arguing with another member in the same predicament as me. She refused to let us into class, which I can understand if someone is egregiously late, but the fact that it was a circumstance that affected multiple members and was under 10 minutes late is very off putting. She was extremely condescending and rude, which is upsetting as I pay $217 a month to take classes here. If I'm paying that much money for a membership, I should be able to use it.
