We asked that much of the fullness be left on the tree as it shades the house during a particularly hot summer. Too much was cut from the tree so the shade now is minimal. I would recommend tagging branches you want cut or providing a photo. Otherwise too much may be removed. Note, it was done prior to an aggressive monsoon, so we were ecstatic that two of the branches were cut. We wanted to save as much as possible of the other branches.
