After solving issues with system and representative if you get through to someone the issue you "fixed" is fixed that one time and not updated or changed permanently I will state that after you do get a repersenative on the line the staff is nice and accommodating and wants to help but in most cases cannot. They are just not equipped with the right tools to do their job. The company structure is awful making the entire experiance horrible.

They no longer return phone calls or emails which makes running a business even more challenging. They provide dates to submit your return info online then extend you anyways despite meeting those deadlines and expect you to pay for the extensions even though you did your part correctly. They've missed some significant deductions the past few years and are generally not very thorough. There is a serious lack of professionalism and duty to their clients. I recommend utilizing another firm that is more engaged with their clients.
