My daughter wanted to buy a TY stuffed dragon. She had a limited amount of money and she made the decision to buy the one we thought was $9.99. Got up to the register and the woman rang it up at $6.99. I exclaimed to my daughter, "NICE! It's cheaper than we thought." The woman took my card and then said, "wait that one is $9.99." I said oh that's fine that's what we were expecting. She went on to adjust the order and said "yeah the ones with sequence are 9.99 and the regular ones are 6.99... but you knew that." I was shocked! Was she accusing me of trying to get one over on her? I told her I "assumed we misread the price or there was a sale." I am not the one who told her the price, she's the worker she should know how to ring up merchandise correctly! She said "that's fine for you but doesn't work well at the end of the day." She treated me like I was trying to steal $3! Like I switched the tags or demanded a lower price. SHE rang up the order! I said it was cheaper than what I expected and was fine with her changing the price. She still was itchy. We won't be going back and hope you don't either.

She asked my budget, and any specific floral choices I might want, and she put me as ease, first by assuring me delivery wouldn't be a problem, by accommodating my budget and by helping me make what turned out to be a stunner of a bouquet. The recipient gushed about how beautiful it was, and while a photo can't do justice, you can see how fully bloomed the peony and sunflower are! Maybe you should discuss with your employees the impact their attitude and behavior has and how it reflects on your business and your staffs professionalism. To verbally harass a stranger is concerning behavior enough, but at least have the decency to do so on a private account that is not directly linked to your place of work. Sincerely hope you can work out these behavioral issues. Definitely does not seem like a female friendly environment.

So I called and asked them about getting a low profile expecting to have to pay because no one has good service anymore! To my surprise and delight, without hesitation I was told that they would send out a new low profile foundation on the next delivery! It came the following week! And this bed is so perfect now! We needed a photo of the dryer plug for our electrician, and the VP of the company emailed the image to us right away. Unfortunately, the dryer was delivered damaged (FedEx's fault), but FJS was willing to work with us and made sure we were compensated for accepting damaged goods and installing the new part ourselves. I would recommend FJS for their excellent customer service. And we love the washer and dryer, too.
