First the good news - the cigars are fresh, and the beer is, too. It's cool inside and there are non-alcoholic options galore. Prices are okay, too. Then the moderately not so good... Plastic cups. Sigh, I hate plastic cups. But the owner explained in another review how this helps him keep costs down and the place open, so I'm giving him a pass on that... Did I mention the beer was cold? There's a very cool patio out back that is almost as eclectic as Pee-Wee's playhouse (and that's a good thing). I have to find out the story on the stuffed dog next time. But while there are a load of couches tossed out there, most of them are way past their usefulness and you sink down far enough to make it hard to hear through the armrests. I'm also not sure why the string lights have to be set at convenience store brightness, but I'm sure there's a reason for that, too. Maybe to be sure that the folks blowing by on 31 see the place. But there are good seats out there, too. And your eyes will get used to the bare bulbs. My recommendation is this: Check the place out. See if they are serving your favorite beer, or coke, or water, and pick a cigar. Fire it up and head out to the deck, test a few couches until you find one that'll support your happy butt and settle in for a nice relaxing smoke. You'll meet someone named John, or Matt, or Brian, or Chris and you'll have a nice chat. Don't worry about the smell of cigar smoke, or the plastic cups. Life's too short to get hung up on the details...
