Not sure why it has taken me this long to write this, but it is long overdue. I have been shopping at Grapevine Wine and Spirits for years and the experience has been consistently great. Sure, you can buy liquor just about anywhere...but genuine service, kindness and personal attention are rare these days this is what sets them apart from other stores. Adrain and Brittain go above and beyond to make every visit feel special. They greet you like family, remember your favorites and will even track down special bottles. That kind of care is not something I take for granted or that you can put a price on. Lately, they have also hosted phenomenal wine tastings and classes which have been such a fun addition. It is clear they are passionate about what they do and about creating a great experience for their customers. If you have not checked them out yet, you are missing out. Ok! Just found my new casa!! One- IM A SUCKER FOR DEALS. You sign in with your phone number each visit and each 5th visit you save 5% on liquor and 10% off wine. The employees told me that if you don't come in very frequently they will send you a text with a discount to get you to come back in... uhmmm YES PLEASEEEEE!!!! This place is gigantic and literally I'd be super surprised if they didn't have 10 different versions of what you need. I'm so impressed!!! I would highly recommend- honestly I think this is the best liquor store experience I've everrr had, and I've lived in 3 states and lived here in the Bible Belt for the past 5 years. I am highly disappointed by the lack of human decency these human workers have for people (specifically woman). 22 years old and got denied service by a girl who probably was 18 for my ID looking "fake" after selling to us the day prior. Which if they thought it was "fake" the day prior why would they even sell it to us in the first place. The man was so rude and obviously has something against young adults. well, gonna update this review based on there pricing and the service I got going back. I went down the street to a competitor and found there price on my beverage of choice $10 higher. Needless to say, I went back to grapevine and they were a lot better. Greeted me, had the tv turned off and acknowledged me as I was checking out. I try to be fair on my revues. Cant beat there prices comparing to the store down the street and they did have a better customer service attitude when I went back. read more

I love this wine store. Out of all wine stores in Cool Springs... this is among my favorite! It's big, but not overwhelming... with a great selection in all price ranges! They are happy to make educated recommendations (that are spot on) and we love how they mark wines with ratings and top pics and other markers that help us make a choice when we didn't come in for anything in particular. What I especially love is their friendliness... we always engage in conversation with their very helpful staff and when we visited earlier today we were told about a wine pairing event being held tomorrow that they're sponsoring at Wild Ginger (http://www.dinewildginger.com/). Whenever I'm in Brentwood, I like to stop here to shop for wines. Grapevine has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who always have an opinion ready. This is the kind of store where you can mention a couple of things you like and they will always have new similar recommendations. For example, I have a taste lately for Vihno Verde, and Grapevine is one of the few places in town that stocks several. I first bought my now favorite one there. They are located in a building that once housed Houlihan's and The Cooker, so they have a good amount of space. About three quarters of the store is dedicated to wine, and unlike a lot of other liquor stores, they have a large selection of already cold white wines, which is a great find in the hot summer weather. Their cold selection also contains a good cheap to fairly pricey range. Their liquor selection is also impressive, carrying perhaps the widest range in town of Irish whiskey, some lesser known good brands of gin, and many liquor gift sets. They also have an extensive and fun selection of mini bottles, so if you're in the mood to mix up some random martinis, this is your starting point. read more

I drive out of the way to Grapevine because they seem to be the only store in town that consistently carries what I want: MollyDooker, Peat Monster, etc. and their prices beat anyone in that area. True to it's name, Grapevine is the best place to get wine. The selection here is really good and there is a great range of prices. I have seen wines from $4.99 all the way up to the hundreds of dollars. With that being said, even though they carry fine wines, there is no snobbery here. The staff is so helpful and there is alot of people on hand to help you make a selection. This place also has a good selection of spirits as well. The only thing I would suggest building upon is a better selection of high gravity, craft beers. read more

Pretty good selection. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes they act pissed off that I came in.
