So when I saw that sign I opened my vape in the shop and tried it IN THE SHOP I never left, when I hit it all it tasted like was coil and metal so I told the lady I would like to change the vape. She then argued with me and then called the manager on her personal phone saying god knows what because she wouldn't let me hear let alone talk to him to explain what was wrong with it. Once she got off the phone she told me that since it technically still works it doesn't matter that it's burnt and taste like coil and metal and she won't exchange it. I will be disputing the charge and I will never go there again. If you're looking for a good smoke shop that's never let me down personally I would go to the smoke shop across from Burger King in Columbia 5 mins down from this sorry excuse for a shop.

I wouldn't normally leave such a high gratuity in a smoke shop because typically the customer service in these places is lacking to say the least.
