I was blocked in for 20 minutes a few days ago By Truckers that pulled in fueled up then went inside ordered their lunch hung out and chew the fat with the employees that do not care to ask the drivers to please move their vehicles from the pumps so other vehicles can get fuel or be able to leave. And don't dare say anything to them about it because you will get an attitude back and the drivers think because they have to keep a log and are under DOT restrictions that it's okay to act this way. I drive past this station every day and rarely stop because there's no way to get in the parking lot. The food is mediocre you get a better quality of food at 7:11 Going 8 Miles up the road to Taneytown or down to Woodsboro is a better bet then dealing with this station. I provided the cashier both last names and she was was able to locate my order. The cashier was nice and friendly. NOW TO THE ISSUE - there were two associates stocking the seasonal aisle and they overheard my conversation and loudly started making fun of me and the fact that I said "new last name and old last name". People change their names, it's not a big deal. It was very immature and unprofessional. I doubt I will be returning to this location any time soon because the whole situation really didn't sit well with me. Making fun of a paying customer is a bad look for the employees and ultimately reflects poorly on the business.

I said I was there to pick up a medication that was sent over 2 hours ago. she said oh you have another half an hour. I said what because I could barely stand up in there. she said oh you didn't like that time then I will bump you back and you can wait longer. I was so appalled. I said is this how you treat patients who are sick that need their medication.!The pharmacist said to the girl who would not tell me her name to not engage with me. I never did get my medication.
