I would highly recommend this service. My wife and I moved in a year ago with a toddler and never managed to find the time to get everything were we wanted it. We continued to fall behind on this until we decided it was time to bring in help. Amber was awesome! She could tell I was in a hurry to get started and even did a walk thru early morning on the weekend, she continued to awwww me when she did a full cleaning on a day they were normally closed to fit MY schedule. On shorter notice than usual, I needed someone to clean an apartment I was vacating for a super detailed Neat Person, where I knew details would matter. Not only was Amber the most organized in her pitch + pricing structure, she did an incredible job, making the apartment look and feel fresh. She's responsive + adaptive, kind, thorough, + a complete joy to interact with. I just had Amber and her crew come and deep clean my house which was no easy task! After years of ignoring the gunk in the corners and my young kids having their way with it, it was in sore need of some attention. Amber was prompt in her reply and we were able to do all of our scheduling via text which I appreciate. She did a full walk-through before giving us an estimate, arrived promptly on the designated clean day and wow did they deliver! Amber and Busy Bee services are both affordable and highly effective. We hired them to clean our gross/giant college party house for a move out inspection. They did a great job, and offered to do anything else we felt they missed free of charge. When i asked them to do one more look at our terra cotta floors (which we never cleaned), Amber came back with a steam mop to get the job done. I was so satisfied that I hired them again to do more cleaning. They are extremely accommodating, and will make sure you are satisfied.
