My wife and I bought the house in 2022 as first time homebuyers. We have been so happy in the home, but it has a range of issues and quirks, as I imagine all century-old buildings do. We have done several repairs and renovations on the home already and have many more projects planned. From the initial inspection report and after having lived in the home for 3 years, we thought we had a pretty good idea of what projects and repairs needed to come next.
