I have been working with Bruce for three months, and have so much to share. First of all, I bought an old house with a lot of unforeseen issues on top of my planned upgrades. Every day I had more items to add to my list of "must fix" items, and without being able to rely on All in 1's timeliness, experience, and responsiveness, this would have been even worse of a nightmare. In truth, when I first started my repairs on the home, I had been planning to spread the work across 3 separate companies. However, after the "run around" the other two gave me, I ended up transferring all the work to Bruce within a few weeks - and he'd been done with his list already, so he tackled them all in a completely appropriate timeframe, with ample communication about arrival times and the names of the individuals on his team I should expect each day. Let's talk about what Bruce and the All In 1 team helped me with: MOLD REMEDIATION in crawlspace and attic. VAPOR BARRIER in crawlspace. TWICE! And only charged me once. ROOFING in garage and gutting of rotted interior. ELECTRIC updates and inspection. DRAINING/GRADING in yard. SIDING repair. HVAC servicing and cleaning. DUCT INSULATION in crawlspace. HOSE BIB replacement. INSULATION in attic and moisture prevention. WATER LEAK repair in main water line. NEW PLUMBING in crawlspace for all water lines. CRACKED BEAM REPAIR in attic. RESURFACING of gas lines. What's not on this list are the countless responses to my panicked text messages, their endless patience as we jumped through hoops with a home warranty company for some reimbursements (still waiting...), and the many kind things they did "along the way" without charging me.
