I reserved a bouncer on Thursday October 23rd for Saturday November 1st. I was required to submit a deposit of $30 to reserve it. On Monday the 27th I canceled it however the business owner has refused to issue me a refund. He told me my deposit is non refundable even though it is not specified anywhere that the deposit is "non-refundable". He is very unprofessional and rude. He offered to give me credit of $30 but I do not want to give him my business. It is not unreasonable to cancel the reservation for the bouncer 5 days in advance. He doesn't believe in customer satisfaction so I advise all to not give him your business. He couldn't accommodate an earlier delivery for me so this is the reason I had to cancel.
