A neighbor had a vehicle dropped off in front of their house today. I spoke to the driver dropping…read moreoff the vehicle and asked if he could make sure the vehicle was not in front of my driveway (due to issues in the past). He said yes. When it was all said and done, the vehicle is halfway across my driveway. I called into Mueller and explained the situation to the lady who answered the phone. She said she would contact the driver to see if he can move it. Then, she hung up on me. The vehicle is on the other side of the street, but, due to how everything is laid out, it makes it difficult to not hit their vehicle when coming out of our driveway. The neighbor and I spoke about this month's ago and they have kept that area clear since. Now, because of the understanding, should I say, we will be having more issues with this. Why do people need to make things difficult for others?

I called the first two and both wanted me to leave a message. Then I came across Mr. Charlie Man Towing company. I called him. He picked up right away. I told him where my car was. He told me the price. He asked me where it was going , and to ask me to text the addres. but. the best thing is, he took Zelle!! He told me it'll be 30 to 45 minutes before he be able to pick the car up. But it was actually less than 20 minutes when he called me and asked me what type of car it was and I told him again he was like oh I got it mistaken and that he spoted the car. It took less than 15 minutes for him to bring my car to where I live. Called at 6:30, didn't get home until after 9pm. and after I shared my frustration with them about the timing, the guy tells me "well if there's a problem i can just leave right now." beyond unprofessional. safe to say i will NEVER call again.
