Our mission is to provide you with a unique VRI experience with just a simple click. Our vision will be realized when a simple, easy to use VRI solution paired with exceptional customer service are available as an affordable option to anyone who may need it. Owner, Joni Horn, with a Deaf family history, followed her passion for making all things accessible to the Deaf community by becoming a nationally certified Interpreter and creating ACA's parent company Arizona Freelance Interpreting Services. ACA was created to continue the mission of providing simple, easy to use, exceptional service from beginning to end. ACA hopes to utilize a "Local First" policy regarding VRI Interpretation, meaning if we are able to provide local Interpreters from your very own state or area, we will. Our hope is that we create comfort and trust among the Deaf communities throughout the nation, connecting Deaf consumers with familiar faces.

Meet the Business Owner: Joni H.

Joni Horn, with a Deaf family history, followed her passion for making all things accessible to the Deaf community by becoming a nationally certified Interpreter. Joni is currently certified as RID CI, CT and NAD IV. She has been interpreting over 30 years and acquired an agency in Arizona, Arizona Freelance Interpreting Services, in 2004. AZFLIS has been thriving and growing since 2004 due to their determination in providing overall excellence from customer service to the exceptionally qualified Interpreters they provide. Given the success of AZFLIS, Joni wanted to reach other communities nationwide looking for exceptional quality services. From this aspiration, ACA was born. ACA was created to continue the mission of providing simple, easy to use, exceptional service from beginning to end. With a small, friendly, professional staff and higher equipment requirements for customers and Interpreters, you will immediately understand that ACA is the VRI solution you've been waiting for.
