Horrible! Said they would get right on it, and dont think they ever did - maybe fell thru the cracks. When we inquired about it, they were evasive. Then they FIRED us! 2 weeks later we received a "declined" from the credit agency (i think they did nothing til we called). Not what we expected from an attorney's office that professes to care! I tried zero stars but it won't allow it. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. DON'T EVEN SET UP A MEETING. We came in simply to seek assistance or advice on how to handle a subpoena from a law firm in another state about a previous repossessed vehicle, which turned into the only option bankruptcy, and 5 months later a drop of our credit scores of over 150 points and now they canceled the attorney-client agreement. Beware of AZCLG's practice on assessing if you qualify for bankruptcy. They are more backward than the nightmare we have been put through from July 2nd - November 5th. We had debt like anyone. Credit cards and personal loans with high-interest rates like anyone, but we were in good standing with all of our credit cards and personal loans, we were rebuilding our credit from the previous misinformed financial decision. We're young, we aren't the first young couple to make bad financial decisions at the start of their marriage, but we were correcting them. The husband's credit score was 670 when we started working with them and now 525. The wife's credit score was 640 when we started and now it's 495. Do not sign any agreement until they confirm they have assessed your pay stubs completely. Don't trust their "algorithm", whatever that is. They missed something in their initial consultation because they asked us for our income after taxes, "take-home pay". We don't know if they were having a rough day or not, but this is what they asked us, they are the "professionals" so we are giving them what they asked for. 3 weeks later before we received a client agreement stating we qualified for bankruptcy, they requested our pay stubs. We sent them in less than 24 hours. Can't lie about pay stubs right, hardened numbers. The next day we received a client agreement letter for bankruptcy, which means we must've qualified right... wrong! We signed the agreement because according to all the information it was our best option. The proceeding months from the end of July - November 5th, yes just recently have been a nightmare. Recognizing quickly after they didn't finish their full assessment, to them finishing their assessment... again, we qualified for bankruptcy. It wasn't until the end of September when we brought up my husband's POTENTIAL commission check (which was never awarded), that we were asked to send pay stubs again, for a 2nd time, 2 months later for a reassessment. At the beginning of October, we received an email saying we do not qualify for bankruptcy because we gave them the wrong income info in our first consultation meeting. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! What about the pay stubs we sent before we received the bankruptcy agreement letter? Now we only qualify for debt settlement! WOW! Our credit scores have been dropping literally every single day, week and month from September 670 to 525 and 640 to 495. All of our previous credit cards and personal loans in good standing are now closed, and late payments are being reported every month further impacting our credit scores. November 5th, they sent us an email that they are canceling the attorney-client agreement because we gave them incorrect information about our income. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! We gave them pay stubs and our tax returns from 2018! We called to speak with Sheldon and even offered them to reinstate their agreement to gain our trust back and to right to wrong that they have done to our credit. They declined and I quote, "We lost your trust and you are unhappy with what we have tried to provide as reassurance that we will help you repair your credit. Typically, in this situation, we don't continue the attorney-client agreement." So, we apparently have not been the first. We just want to warn everyone we possibly can with as much detail as possible to not use the services of this place. Rochelle, Sammy & Sheldon all had their hands on our case. Trust none of them. They seem to be overloaded with too many clients to handle them appropriately and give each the attention and response time needed. If we could go back we totally would. read more
