Joy does NOT have the ability to do your work for you and lastly Joy does NOT by any means sell herself short on the services that she provides. Joy, you are an absolute god send. Seriously.... I have been thru various counseling all of my life but that didn't resolve my issues nor did it really give me the tools needed to actually resolve them. So since I had tried that previously and pretty much got the same result, I knew I had to try something different. So, what did I do? I went to my trusty yelp and reached out and received several responses. I had a few phone interviews because I needed to find the right person to help me thru some heavy stuff. I liked Joy right off the bat. You can simply tell by the tone in her voice that she is an angel. I signed up for 6 sessions with Joy...and after my 6th session, I signed up for 6 more. And I threw Joy some crazy challenges (nothing in my life has EVER been easy)....there were issues that she flat out told me she couldn't do anything about (I appreciate the honestly more than you know) and there were some issues where I really feel like I challenged her but guess what? SHE NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. SHE NEVER TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION (again she doesn't have a magic wand). Instead what I received was far far greater than any gift...Joy gave me the tools I needed to see where my deficiencies came from and also gave me some positive insight as to how to fix the behaviors and this is something I now work on EVERY SINGLE DAY and it's made me a better person. So if you feel like you are stuck, and don't know where to go, and you have tried traditional methods (and they haven't really worked) I would seriously urge you to give Joy a call...set up and appointment and more importantly work on your (O&*%(Q*&)%(. Regardless, an authentic intuitive experience should not require the healer to ask 20 questions before they begin the session, nor should they need to validate their "intuition" by providing positive reinforcement of their suggestions from ChatGPT after your call ends. Nancy was completely unprofessional during our half hour animal communication session. She wasted time asking me plenty of questions about my life, my partner, and my dog, not even attempting to start the animal communication piece until the 35-minute mark. She insisted I share personal details even when I was hesitant and argued that I didn't want it to be about me--I just wanted to hear messages from my dog--then she made the entire session suggestions about how I cope with something completely unrelated to animal, which I clearly was uncomfortable talking about. I continued to redirect her to my dog with specific questions, but she couldn't tell me anything about my dog that I didn't already share with her in her initial questioning. The only thing I got out of this appointment was disappointment and frustration that we weren't taken seriously as clients. If you are looking for a genuine intuitive to connect with your animal and share their message, I suggest you see someone else.

I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. Since finishing my last session with Sabrina I have continued to lose weight. It doesn't come off as fast because I am not super focused on it, but that is what I love. It has felt easy to just keep doing what I am doing. The changes she made to my diet fit easily into my lifestyle. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I have just changed the way I eat, and I am spending less money on food and spending less time on meal prepping than I was before working with her. I don't get on the scale a lot these days as I am more focused on feeling good than what the scale says, but every time I do, I am down a few more pounds.

It is challenging to get anywhere in 4 sessions with a new coach, but I was surprised by the amount of ground we covered. I could have probably used 8 sessions with Jessica, and would have happily done that but due to finances this was what I could afford. The very first session that I had with Jessica, I wanted to work on my relationship to divine partnership. This was a concept that Jessica was perfectly able to speak into. Very quickly she let me empty all of the thoughts that I had in my head out.. all of my complaints, beliefs, self-talk, etc. She gently guided me through my body to begin to discover the truths that I was working with inside. Much of it was discover of the answers that were in my body, waiting to be heard. The whole time, Jessica was tuned into my field and was able to give me a beautiful and accurate reflection of what was happening inside me. This skillset of hers greatly helped my navigation of my own energetic and emotional landscape, as if felt like I had another set of eyes seeing inside myself. Jessica works on a quantum level with her clients, so expect some quantum weirdness (as in surprise miracles). I found her skillset to be far advanced from what you might get from the average therapist/coach. This was profound stuff, and she was able to navigate it simply and economically with time. My second session I wanted to work with her on body image, my relationship to beauty, my own sense of self-love, and my relationship to the marketplace of single life. This was a subtle issue for me, as I've done a lot of work on it, do healing work on other people around it, and know it well. Trite answers were not going to be enough for it. Jessica was able to reveal more of the structure of my thinking and what agreements and ideas had anchored unuseful paradigms in place. Jessica again used so much of the intelligence that was already alive in my body and in my field. She was able to navigate the hologram of my reality adeptly, moving very quickly to the juice of it. Even more important... my body has been amazingly tingly all the way through each session. Usually within 5-10 minutes of talking to her, I already feel my body beginning to release and go into an energy shift with lots of yawning and tearing up at my eyes. This is always a sure-fire way for me to know something is lifting. Truly a gem. You will not find an experience of this caliber in many places. Worth driving to or working over the internet with.
