There isn't much to do here so we opted to bowl. This place has a variety of things to partake in and the staff are friendly. However, my family loves bowling and it was disappointing that we had to get someone to help us multiple times throughout our game. The bowling balls kept gettin stuck and at one point we had no balls nor did the people in the lane next to us. Another couple of times the lane just took all the pins when we never even threw a ball down or if we knocked down a few it would take them all. We still managed to have fun but it was quite annoying to not be able to finish a game without having to get assistance and then request for time to be added due to waiting for help. The last couple of times we didn't even ask for time back we just accepted defeat.

The situation is being handled, the late-night concert vibes should be calming down, and peace may finally return to my ears. So now I'll be making my way over there soon to check it out myself--because nothing says "full circle" like going from slightly annoyed neighbor to curious customer. Stay tuned... The staff was friendly up until the point that we were getting ready to leave. We stayed a little past closing (5 minutes) and said that we would be out of there soon. The waitress (Pam was her name I think) came slamming glasses together as she cleaned our table. As she walked away she was cussing, however we didn't know fully what she said. Once we left we decided to stop in the parking lot for a cigarette. She then came outside and said "ya'll get f***ed don't come back b****es". This was verbatim. Myself and a friend went inside to talk to the manager and proceeded to get cussed out by this individual while the manager was there. He continuously stated that it was going to get addressed on Monday, however she continued to talk over him. He then proceeded to defend his employee and her actions due to the fact that we stayed to finish our drinks (that we payed for) a little after closing. Not sure what type of organization is being ran there, but this was extremely uncalled for and beyond professional. Thankfully I'm TDY here for only another month. I feel bad that the manager has to deal with this level of insubordination from his employee's. He seemed like a swell guy, but unfortunately wasn't able to keep his employee from opening her mouth as she continued to cuss us out. I'm normally an understanding person and would sympathize with them due to the fact that we stayed a little past closing. I even displayed moderate sympathy while confronting the manager about this issue, but still continued to get disrespected. This issue will definitely get brought to our commandant's attention and whomever else it needs to get this issue resolved. Again, the place and prices were great, but the personnel ruined the entire experience for us all.

We started off with 1 hour of bowling then transitioned to the kids play area (slides, trampolines, zip lining) and arcade games after our hour was up. We were surprised that it wasn't as busy as we thought! We didn't have a hard time getting a large table for our entire party to sit together even though seating is first come first serve. Food was good - came out hot and quick by their little robot workers. The human workers, however, were all so nice to work with. It's commendable how well they all keep their cool and can still be so friendly in such a constantly chaotic environment. Brava yall! We stayed for a total of approx 3hrs with constant action going on around us. In the end, I was just happy to be able to leave with things won from the claw machines without having to spend a fortune on them!

Bowlerama may not have all the bells and whistles of a newer bowling alley but I can see why so many ppl in Killeen love this place.

This would have been fine, but you could only bowl paying by the hour...so everyone being on top of each other slowed the games down. We were barely able to finish one game in an hour following proper etiquette. Guy at the counter was probably tired after whatever was going on that day, but he was a little impatient. They enter the bowlers names for you at the counter--would def be better id u could do it yourself at the lane on the screen. Working the counter at a bowling alley shouldn't be so stressful. Lanes were good. Didn't have any problems with screens, didn't have to reset any pins which was nice. Service at the deli and bar were both slow. Often times they both looked closed. Need more/better house balls. Over all...not a horrible place, but not a great one. Would check out another option next time for comparison.

I think the establishment is nice but definitely could use a lot more help on the inside. When you walk in, it's rather dark and kind of empty but once you walk past the lil store, there's more light and you can see there's two sides of the bowling alley. The food was alright, they ran out of things quickly and the service wasn't the best. My experience could've been way better.
