This would have been fine, but you could only bowl paying by the hour...so everyone being on top of each other slowed the games down. We were barely able to finish one game in an hour following proper etiquette. Guy at the counter was probably tired after whatever was going on that day, but he was a little impatient. They enter the bowlers names for you at the counter--would def be better id u could do it yourself at the lane on the screen. Working the counter at a bowling alley shouldn't be so stressful. Lanes were good. Didn't have any problems with screens, didn't have to reset any pins which was nice. Service at the deli and bar were both slow. Often times they both looked closed. Need more/better house balls. Over all...not a horrible place, but not a great one. Would check out another option next time for comparison.

Perhaps what makes this place great are the people that work there. Zach that works the front desk is always warm, super friendly and always greets me by name when I come in. Josh that Pro shop is a simply awesome and probably the best expert in his field in the area. Bowlerama may not have all the bells and whistles of a newer bowling alley but I can see why so many ppl in Killeen love this place.

When you walk in, it's rather dark and kind of empty but once you walk past the lil store, there's more light and you can see there's two sides of the bowling alley. They do actively spray what appears to be pesticides as people are playing though. They seem to have a nice variety of food and beverages though we did not have any. This isn't really my kind of place, as I believe there are better ways to spend time and money. During this visit to Pinstack we got food, played games and did some bowling. The bowling was fun but it's bowling so you should know what to expect. The food was half and half. The Mac and Cheese balls were super super good and my wife and I gobbled those up quick. The fries however, not that great. It's supposed to be "cheese fries" but in actuality it was just a bunch of fries with a small amount of shredded cheese and some sour cream on top. The games were fun but it does cost a lot of points per game to do anything. If you're gonna get a small amount of game credits on your play card, like 20 for example, you'll run out of points quick. I would like to come back again for bowling but I won't rush out the door to come back. I'd say if you're coming here for the first time, get a good amount of credits on your game card or just do bowling.
