I'm not sure why some people complain about this. Every year things are going to cost more due to supply and demand, not to mention how much gas has gone up through the years. It's not like they are jumping the prices drastically. It is expected. Every business does it. Also, if you buy 5 or more fragrance oils you get a dollar off each one, so it still balances out in the end. They do have some promos every so often that helps. I do wish they had more, but this is their decision and while they give great service and ship exactly when they say they do I will definitely continue being a customer. I order from NGC once a month and I order quite a bit so I know I can always rely on them.

I had 10 people, 10, verify this just in case my smeller is off. Four of the soap had 0% scent after 2 days and the wax melts had zero scent. I use 10% ratio. Flaming candles shipping is high and I could not get what I needed this time. I am in tears. Nature's garden offers no refund, AND you can't leave a review on their site, so I NOW think all the reviews on that site are bogus. They are making them up. There is no way to leave any stars at all if you order from them. You are shut out in the dark. SO, my true opinion is that this is a scamming, lying, false advertising business selling very very low quality product, and I highly do NOT recommend you spend your hard-earned or hard saved up money on nature's garden products. BUYER BEWARE. I ordered close to $400 of scents because of their reviews online. My poor money is wasted and now I guess I'll relinquish my dream because of them . I really counted on their "honest reviews" . You just can't trust anybody these days, but I will tell you that flaming candle has extremely strong oils. I just couldn't afford them this time. I used someone else because they were out of four of my favorites, and I found nature's garden through reviews like you probably have. I should have just found other scents at FC and stuck with what I know is good. I wish I could stand outside NG with signs warning people. It's THAT bad. I wish I could afford to have it tested to see how much water is actually in these bottles. I don't care who says they're great. If you think they're great, then your product that you're using their scents for is subpar. They are also changing the packaging at NG so that you cannot see what you have left in the new white bottles, AND by the way, when you weigh the bottles, that is also inaccurate in their favor. There was ONE that DID have a strong scent, but I haven't tried it because I don't want to waste anymore of my precious soap base or wax. I am furious and there is no way to get ahold of these people and the refund policy does not exist other than to tell you they will not allow you a refund or an exchange. Just beware. Their website is a scam of reviews.

We immediately slipped into the provided robes, ran out onto the deck and opened up a bottle of wine we picked up from Firehouse Winery. After a quick cheers and a photo we got too cold and ran back inside to the warm fireplace. We sat in front of the fire sipping our wine and before we knew it, it was all gone. We called the on site restaurant to order another and a charcuterie board not realizing we were cutting it close to closing time. After thinking for a moment the person who answered the phone kindly obliged and sent over a great wine and the most beautiful charcuterie board that we promptly devoured. We ended our evening in the comfortable jacuzzi tub and then slept in the incredibly comfortable bed. The Lakehouse Inn and more specifically the beach house suite is the perfect stay if you're looking for rest, relaxation and impeccable service. We definitely enjoyed the quiet side of Geneva-On-The-Lake during the winter.
