If you're buying cosmetic or anything beauty related, make sure you get checked out in the beauty section because the cashier may have some coupons that you can use. Our daughter lives here as a patient of the Cleveland Clinic, and we traveled from Houston to spend Christmas with her. The trip to the local Walmart was supposed to be easy. However, it was anything but. First, the shelves were half empty -- no exaggeration. I totally get that when a weather event is on the way and everyone is stocking up, but temps are in the 40s in the Cleveland area this week, and several locals have mentioned how warm it is for this time of year. So, throw that excuse out the window. Secondly, I saw no fewer than 10 employees with pallet jacks hauling products around the store to restock ... except they were shooting the breeze. Meanwhile, they were almost out of orange juice, milk and even Coca Cola. While the place seemed relatively clean, it was disorganized. I chalk all of that up to very poor management. When we arrived back home, I mentioned that the place was like shopping in a third world country, and that many of the patrons acted as if they were the only people in the store -- blocking aisles, turning right in front of us -- and our local family members acknowledged that such is normal around these parts. I can't write a review on rude people in general, but I can definitely say that they seem to congregate at this store. My two stars are generous for this location, especially after hearing that my experience here is par for the course. Needless to say, I don't think management here will be receiving any bonuses or promotions anytime soon.

Many of the employees are too busy chatting with each other, or blocking the aisles with their online shopping order carts, to even notice that there are customers trying to get past them. They do not seem to care. The lack of cashiers is ridiculous, and the yellow vest "leads" stand around watching the insane lines form. 20+ minutes to give you people our money is insane. This store is obviously poorly managed. The pictures I am submitting with this review should be mortifying to any of the Managers/ Supervisors associated with this store. I went to the pharmacy before I found more stuff and the pharmacy techs were very friendly. I filled out my forms and waited for a tech to become available to do my injection. She was very quick and friendly. I was in and out within a few minutes. I went to purchase my items and the cashiers were very friendly as well. I swear I need to put blinders on when I go into Walgreens or I'll buy the whole store haha made it out with a few after Halloween sales and on my merry way. I plan to switch my prescriptions to this pharmacy as they were much friendlier than the last one I went to and 24 hours. Plus they are close to my house so that's a bonus.

We went to the minute clinic on ridge and explained what happened- Ashley claimed we yelled at her when we were shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was the exact opposite of the truth of how she explained how cleaning our ears can cause an ear infection she makes it sound like an ear cleaning is very dangerous and risky. She does not trust her patients is extremely dishonest and fake - the other minute clinic was very understanding - I have had my ears cleaned in another state by a minute clinic while I had an ear infection to cure my otitis media - I never got a fever or infection by them helping me that way ... Ashely does not have any professional medical clue what she's talking about very disappointed we even stopped at this location ! we did not file a complaint about her over the phone the to corporate we don't have the time to waste people have very busy lives - we had to schedule minute clinic online and had to drive there just to be sassed harassed and listen to ignorance ! but if you're looking for unprofessional health care workers and want to have a hard time getting your health care needs met this is the cvs to go to ! This is a great CVS! The pharmacy staff always works hard and does their best to help all the…read morecustomers despite their serious lack of staff. The staff pharmacist goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is greeted and leaves the store happy. The pharmacist and all the girls back there have been working here for years. They've really gotten to know their regulars over the years and greet them by name. It's a pleasant experience because they always ask how I am doing and how my boyfriend is doing. Great crew. Just a tip - if they aren't nice to you it's because you're not kind to them. Remember not to rush them, they have a lot to do and not a lot of staffing. They usually have prescriptions done in 15 minutes or less if there are no problems with your insurance or the way the doctor wrote the script. Just please remember to give them a little bit of professional courtesy. They're dealing with dangerous drugs and checking for interactions while billing your insurance. It's not fast food, it's health care and they have laws to follow. Don't treat them like fast food workers.

I shop at Marc's because they have low priced groceries and good selection. They sell peeled garlic that is hard to find at other grocery stores. They also sell Cleveland's own Pierre's ice cream. Since Marc's is a locally owned grocery chain, I want to continue supporting them. Pros: Several good locations Low prices Good selection Cons: No butcher Limited payment options (only accept Discover card, checks, gift cards, and cash) Slow checkout I shop here and at Wal-Mart to get the lowest prices. This store's exterior was recently remodeled as part of the rebuild at the Shoppes At Parma.
