I love Açaí Republic & was happy to finally have a location near my parents, but I'm honestly a little irritated with the service. I ordered a medium bowl, & the gal made a mistake giving me a small. Accidents happen, that's not what bothered me. I asked her if it was a medium since the portion was considerably smaller than what I asked for, & she told me yes. When I compared the bowl to the display, I told her I asked for a medium, & she proceeded to tell me I ordered a small. After I told her it wasn't what I asked for, the gal from the back came to take the bowl & adjust the size. When I got home & began eating, it was pretty clear they simply tossed what was in the original small bowl into a medium sized bowl. The fruit did not fully reach the top, the bottom was full of granola, & only about 1/3 of the bowl is açaí. Either that or this location is stingy with their portions, because I've never had this issue at OC locations. Lastly, if you're going to fix the order, at least give the customer what they asked for. read more

Got order and they put smoothies in bag, because out of holders.one smoothie fell out of bag in my car. Went back in and girl offered a new one, which I appreciated, but she seemed unhappy the whole 35, or so minutes I was there. read more

I liked that you can sample all of their blends, which helps a lot since I struggle deciding what to get at a new place. Their prices are really good and they use guarana in each blend as a natural sweetener to avoid added sugars. The staff were very helpful and friendly! They serve vegan options for toppings like agave nectar and they also have gluten free granola. Their prices are reasonable and generous for the sizes they have and the preset flavors they have are easily customized. The interior is very clean and designed beautifully with the açaí colored walls, tables, doors, chairs, everything haha. They offer Brazilian pastries, treats, and juices if you don't feel like getting a bowl. There's plenty of seating and they even offer lemon water in the nice couch area. My girlfriend and I easily shared a large bowl of The Hawaiian and it tasted amazing! read more
