I'm so glad to find this place to get my protein shakes! It is located inside a plaza and is close to the fwy and metro station, so it is pretty convenient to go there for some snacks or meal replacement shakes. When you walk inside the store, it has a cute ambiance and it looks like they offer some open space for vendors or a workout class. They have a decent diverse menu that offers shakes in three different sizes, teas, coffees, and snacks. I got to try their Spinach shake and strawberry cheesecake and both were delicious. They didn't have a chalky taste and the owner was nice enough to fill the cup to the brim. Prices are pretty reasonable since it is similar prices to other places I know that sell similar products. Service was great and the lady who help make the shakes was really nice to remind me to stamp my card so I can save up on their reward system. Overall, I will definitely make this place one of my usual stops if I feel like I need a protein shake. read more

The shakes here are DELICIOUS! Husband got the Banana Bread Shake and I got the Chunky Monkey. The woman who helped us was so friendly. The space looks like it used to be a dance studio or auto garage but there's plenty of seating and photo opportunities inside. Can't wait to come back and try other shakes. Kind lady running the store this morning. First time in from Hollywood, Los Angeles. If I ever visit here again I'll be sure to stop by. The store has a good selection but would benefit from more nutrition facts as almost everything is powdered so not sure which ingredients are fresh or not. Also, I think they use Herbalife products which are an MLM company. I think the owner here should break away from Herbalife and use her own fresh ingredients and add vitamin supplements if she chooses. I give this place a 5 star as the lady was very kind and the drink was good but would benefit from fresh ingredients rather than powders. read more

First of all when you step into this shop you won't realize how much bigger it actually is. It's a nice and well decorated, almost cafe like shop with high ceilings and lots of options. From shakes to teas, whether it's a pre-work out, post workout or a health drink they almost have everything here. I had the Strawberry Coconut Shake which is coconut and protein based mostly. It's a good drink which will fill you up and give you all the protein drink. I also got to try out the Beauty Booster which is practically a strawberry lemonade with health benefits and collagen. The owner I believe was very nice and attentive as she helped decide all the drinks and made sure they were being enjoyed at all times. I don't know much about corona or the IE area but it's in the middle of no where but there are some gyms and boot camps in the same strip which might help attract people to try it out. read more

Ordered the Plain Jane, and being a first time customer, was offered a complimentary iced energy tea while I waited (tea was very refreshing) . Received the bowl and the serving size was very generous, with fresh toppings and absolute delicious from top to bottom! Will be back for an a.m. visit to give the gluten-free protein waffles a go. I stumbled on this hidden gem and I recommend checking it out when you need a good after-workout protein shake! I tried the peanut butter shake which had a decent amount of protein, they use no dairy and the sugar level is just right. It's a pretty filling shake. They also sell protein doughnuts which look amazing. Unfortunately, they were out of them when I went but I guess it's another reason to go again! They mentioned the doughnuts are eggless which is awesome for those who don't eat eggs. The service and ambiance are also great. The person helping me was very informative and helpful. I only heard about this place a few days ago and have since been back twice! Nice rustic decor with plenty of seating. I believe most menu items are made with Herbalife products. They were so nice! I called them a couple minutes before closing because I wasn't sure if I got the closing time correct and they said they would stay open for an extra few minutes for me.
