Mechanic showed up at the promised time (actually a little early). My work was not very mechanically complex. However, the manufacturer of my car intentionally makes simple jobs more complex by placing needless body parts in the way, or by requiring special tools that only serve one purpose, or by having the hand size of an infant. It took the mechanic a minute to figure it all out. However, he was patient (in 100 degrees heat and blazing sunlight), figured it out, and got the work done perfectly! I much appreciate his very patient and thorough work and leaving my car in its pristine condition. Lastly, the cost was a real value. At the outset, it seemed good. However, given the extra time and effort needed to get around the car manufacturer's evil tricks to make you spend more money, it turned out to be a great deal. Definitely at the top of my list to call for next service need!

If a part ever fails or is found defective... good luck... We are hardly ever compensated for labor or materials and if we do receive compensation it takes months and most of the time they'll give themselves a hefty discount on top of it. Set your expectations very low. Unfortunately, they are about the only choice for aftermarket parts if you have to buy them.

He claimed he had no way of measuring my belt. He claimed someone threw away the tool to measure belts with. Really? Wouldn't you order a new one if that's the case. As I waked up to the counter he made sure I knew he only had 23.5 minutes to close. Well they are open until 6 aren't they? If you are that worried about it close at 5 or better yet 4. No use taking a chance, right? They apparently don't really need the business. He also made the remark that this is the busiest time of day. So what? Some people get off work at 5. How early do you think they can get there. In my case I was repairing equipment in a factory. Can't always know when I might need a belt. Bottom line. Very poor customer service!

The guy that was working with us had a very pleasant attitude and I would say that even if it was out of your way, don't go to the Norcross location, if you have to go to dealership, come here. Kevin was the most honest and communicative person I have ever had the pleasure working with. He kept me posted and wherever he can save me money he did. I have a 1970 classic c10 show car that is immaculate and he did some work on it that other shops were trying to get me to spend a bunch of money I didn't need to and did excellent quality work in a timely manner with great and personable communication the entire time.
