They washed and wiped down the interior of my ginormous SUV (Lincoln Navigator) for a price so low I thought it was a mistake. I did the "truck super wash," not detail service, so I did go back and wipe out the inside pockets of three doors that weren't done and tossed the removable cup holders into the dishwasher, but I am so happy to have the exterior sparkle and 90% of the ick removed from the mom-mobile. The neighbor even commented that he had no idea what good shape my old truck was in (which is embarrassing considering we moved in in October). The best part: We always drop it off and walk across the street to McDonald's so that we can have lunch and the kid can play, and they give me a call when it's ready.

We were scheduled for the end of the day, and with other jobs and traffic he didn't get here until about 5:45pm. I was a little concerned, but needn't have been. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. Contacted him on March 12th to confirm what time he would be arriving on March 15th. I was told around 9am. March 15th 9am comes and he doesn't show up nor contacts me that he's running late. I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. Seeing the extent of the staining and red clay in the carpet, he had to revise his estimate, but it was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done.
