I bought a home.with an in ground sprinkler system installed by Rick. I had a few questions and a couple of issues. Rick came by and addressed them at no charge. Within less than a week I had a fence installed and the contractor hit one of my supply lines. Called on Friday and Rick was here on Monday in the pouring rain to repair it at what I consider a very minimal charge. I would highly recommend this company for great customer service! We recently purchased a house in eastern CT that has a irrigation system and it came with no as-built drawings. I had no idea if it was even working/turning on.
