Took a looong time for them to get ready for the day because of the meeting. Mark, the PA, was quick and efficient and provided a care quality. Bill presented for a knee brace was over $1500 with $500 deductible to the patient. Exact same brace is $649 retail on Amazon. A $900 markup??? THIS is what is wrong with American medical practice and insurance. They should be ashamed.

But I was grateful to have come to a wonderful place like hanger. Hanger is one of the FrontRunner in Prosthetics, and cranial bands. Our first session, although shocking and filled with a lot of information, was very informative and as a stress-free as it as it could be. It up being a good experience. Our second session was having the baby's head measured and a mold made by scanning her head. They had to make several passes of the baby's head using a scanning device. It was a handheld device that was directed with a laser beam. I'm sure I'm not describing it properly, but it kind of reminds me when you see people being scanned for video games. The baby was not amused, but she got through it. We'll have a fitting soon of the cranial band, so I'm sure I'll have an update then. This is facility is welcoming, warm, and friendly. This is what everybody needs when you come to a place such as hanger. So far everybody's been a dream to work with when it comes to insurance. And this staff has been wonderful and working with the baby. So far it's been a good experience for such a strange Journey.

I seen Jennifer, she was quick to get me once I arrived, courteous, understanding of my needs, then we fitted my feet to have custom shoe inserts. Once the inserts were ready, i had a follow up appt in order to get the inserts sized to my shoes, which I brought the 2 most pair I wear. Sizing was easy, if they fill tight within your shoe, let the. Know so they can trim it down, so it's not as thick, worked for me. This place and staff was wonderful at all times, would recommend them.

Before she could even get out of her mouth was she was interested in an extremely rude woman interrupted her and said "ma'am you can't even buy a bra here without a prescription". Not exactly the warm greeting you'd expect from an employee working at a store that deals with women going through breast cancer. My mother WASNT THERE FOR A BRA FITTING. She was there to ask if they had anything that would be good to wear coming home from surgery and for the next several days while at home recovering. Pajamas, robe etc. and then once recovered she would have also purchased bras for life. My mom turned around and walked out after being treated the way she was and will not return. In my opinion that should not be tolerated. Learn some compassion or find another job!
