A couple months ago, I dropped off a package and used the self-service kiosk. There was a line in…read morethe lobby and that's the reason I chose the kiosk. I scanned my QR Code and printed my shipping label. Then I took my receipt for the package. My parcel was too large for the depository. I was told to leave it sitting in the lobby floor along with several other large packages. Since the package was in the shipper's original box, it was clearly evident that it was a portable space heater. I think someone in the lobby took it and walked out the door with it. The company I ordered it from originally refused to refund my money because the package never made it back to them. Tracking showed that the package was accepted, but never received further scans. If I didn't have proof of dropping it off, I would have been out the full purchase price which was well over $100. This store needs a more secure area for the oversized parcels processed at the kiosk. I was back at the store #5371 today and the same thing happened. I used the kiosk once again, but this time handed the oversized parcel to a young man behind the counter. He told me to just leave it in the floor beside the kiosk. I didn't. I left it on the counter in front of him. I hope these packages aren't walking out the door! I kept my receipt again and will hope for the best.

Ordered some printed decals for my wife's jeep and needed to send them back because colors were not…read morewhat was asked for. Gave sample colors when I returned the decals(my expense). A few weeks later(3 week delay) I received them back. Colors were good to go. Then I paid for 2 squares 24x24 of the two colors so I can wrap a few Jeep emblems.... almost 2 months later no product has been received. They say they've shipped out my order 2 times but will not provide me with any tracking info... very annoying when you pay for something and have to go the extra steps to get the product/service you've paid for.
