When I went to pick it up, he explained what he tested and what he adjusted and when I asked him how much I owed him, he said "Don't worry about it". How many businesses do that today? None that I know of, for he runs a special business that tries to help his customers out and does professional work at a fraction of the cost of most repair shops. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of engine repair. Give him a call, and he will politely listen to your situation, and will take a look at it, and give you a detailed breakdown of what it will take to repair the engine. I will continue to spread the word about this company and will always have him for my future repair man as needed.

Turns out it was just clogged with dirt and grass, but he fixed that, changed oil, recilled gas, found it had water in it, changed filter, spark plug, and cleaned carburetor, it needed all of this.
