He had some car issues and had to re-scheduled a few times but kept in contact with me as soon as he knew. (His repair man was a bit flakey with the delivery date it seemed). I didn't call him until Monday morning. He had stuff going on that week but was able to still arrive Wednesday morning. He was done by mid afternoon.
