The snack bar does not take cash anymore, which doesn't make sense because kids go there just with their cash to spend, and kids don't have cards or Apple Pay so they cannot get anything. 2. Pool bottom: the pool bottom is terrible; the floor makes your toes bleed and hurt, and the staff dont care about it.

Part of the main pool had an area for spring board dives and two lap lanes. There was a waterslide, and then a mushroom waterfall. Lifeguards were very attentive. There was a concession stand but we didn't check that out. They had all the typical things you see at a public pool. Nice changing rooms and plenty of parking. This is a club you pay a membership to. It's kind of tucked in away from main drag in Lititz. Our hosts could being their own food (pizzas) and birthday cake. Plenty of picnic tables. Was very clean and not run down.

The pool and pool areas are clean. There is a basketball court, playground, shuffle board, & volleyball net. Grassy area to play baseball or throw frisbee. There are umbrellas and shady spots. There are three pools: baby pool, diving board area in deep end, and 3' to 5' pool with funky slides. Pizza place will deliver to the pool. You can take water aerobics classes at night. Swim lessons are offered for a price. The life guards are absolutely fabulous to the kids learning. ‍‍‍come have fun in the sun!

They also have 2 water slide areas--1 slide off the Olympic pool & 2 slides separate from pools w/their own splash pad. Lifeguards are attentive. Pools are clean (only occasional bits of grass floating on surface). They have a snack bar, but it closes much earlier than pool (2 hrs prior), so I've yet to sample it. Bathrooms & changing area are very small, because they're in a historic building--only 2 bathroom stalls & 1 shower stall & no separate changing area, just some wall hooks & benches in open area & only 1 sink. I do not believe they can alter that building. However, their snack bar is in a separate newer building. It'd be nice if they built a larger changing area w/more showers & bathroom stalls in separate building. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Great Senior rate & twilight rate! After a pool visit, you can walk across street & visit Children's Lake.

They have a large pool area which is definitely the nicest of the YMCAs in the area. Their lifting/cardio area is on the smaller side, but all the equipment is very nice. I don't know if you need to be with a member to go swimming but you did have to pay. An adult price was $10 and kids under 12 was $7. I thought that was a little steep for a 2 year old. I thought he would possibly be free because he would be with my husband. The facilities were nice. To get a locker you need to leave a drivers license. I thought that was a little much. Oh well. There were swim classes going on so ever so often, the small swimming area would be flooded by parents with their kids. The water sprayers were fun for the kids also. This place is fun especially during the cold months but I would hope for cheaper prices for small kids.

The pros: Abundant parking, somewhat clean bathrooms,…read morewell behaved and supervised children, lifeguards that actually enforce rules, a sprayground, waterslide, shade, picnic tables and a concession stand. 15 minutes on the hour, kids are restricted to using other areas while only adults can peacefully enjoy the pool for the remainder of the hour. This public membership/fee park is a lovely and inexpensive way to relax while you let your kids loose. You are allowed to bring a cooler and picnic foods. I observed some adults tackfully bring their own special blend of "grown up juice"( I must reiterate, VERY TACKFULLY). This pool is very family centered and billgerant or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated here. Use common sense and you will love hanging out here. I enjoyed my afternoon here under the shade of an umbrella. Its well worth the admission. If you are an avid user of the pool, you may want to pay for a membership. You can cross the street and pay for seasonal acess at the rec center.
