The description of the house was totally incorrect. When I questioned it, I was told not to worry that it would all be worked out after the inspection. I signed the document but as quickly cancelled because I just didn't feel comfortable signing something that wasn't true. When I finally got the refund, they had taken out $100 and refuse to give it back. Not a happy customer.
