Access is great! Here is the rule of thumb. If the locksmith, or any service provider, can not give you a quote over the phone or online, don't use them! That's what happened to me when I was locked out of my house. This very "popular" locksmith service (on Google) around the area refused to give me a quote at all, saying they would charge a fee just to come out and check it. They don't even have locksmith in the area and took them long time to show up. The reviews online say they actually come out and try to scam you for several hundred dollars! Not the case with Access. They are very professional, asked me for a photo of the lock, then gave me a quote over the phone right away! They also showed up quickly and got me into my house within 5 minutes! I got locked out of the house due to a broken lock and no other way in the house. I found Access 24 Locksmith on Yelp and gave them a call. This was at 7pm on a Friday night. Most other locksmiths nearby were closed. Rodney picked up and arrived with his wife in less than 30 minutes. They worked together and it was the sweetest thing! Rodney was able to work quickly to wedge the door open with what looked like a spackle knife with a bite taken out of it. As a quick fix, he removed the broken lock and reassembled the door knob/lock assembly. Gave his expert opinion on next steps as well as strong recommendations for additional security measure my family should consider implementing. I was super happy to find someone good. Gave them the job to change locks at a commercial business. Rodney didnot bring the locks to the appointment after me explaining clearly that we need the locks changed with the key. Existing locks DONOT have key. When they arrived first no locks were brought. Then he gives looks at the whole job and gives me the estimates and I approved it. Once approved Awww waited 2 days before I reached out to him to see when are they coming back.
