Tom replied pretty quickly, was on time for the appointment. The job took some extra time due to the age of the car and type of key, but Tom worked it out and everything works great. It cost about the same as taking it to the dealer or other places I called, but we needed the work done that day, and Tom delivered. But then today, 6 days ater, the fob portion stopped working. I called Tom again, and he was in the neighborhood and reprogrammed the fob in about 30 seconds (Doing exactly what I thought I had been doing, but I must have missed a step).
