This is when I discovered that I had a flat tire on my car, with no time to take the wheel off and put the spare tire on. He told me on the phone that he will be at my home in 45 mins. Sure enough, he arrived on time. 30 mins later, the tire was fixed, nail removed and car was ready to be driven. With a mini van fully stocked with parts and equipment, Christian removed the tire on a slanted drive way, expertly removed the nail, patched and quickly inflated the tire. It was amazing . I was so scared to get out of my car, I had to climb through the window of the passenger seat to exit the vehicle. I also had to climb on to a concrete wall that dropped about 20 feet on the other side of it while speeding cars were within arms distance. I'm grateful beyond words for the kindness of the towing agent who talked me through the whole experience. In fact, he had a pick-up scheduled elsewhere are re-routed to me because I he recognized that I was in a dangerous location. Even more impressive was how he took my car home and delivered it to my boyfriend without my help because that day I was on my way to hosting a high profile event for a construction project nearby.
