What sets them apart is their after sales support. Months after our original purchases, we came back today needing some help on how to secure the kayak to the roof of our car. Jake was especially helpful showing me how to properly tie it down. Kudos to the entire Idaho River Sports team!

Within seconds, I received a text that my order had been received, but not confirmed, and to watch for a confirmation text. After 30 minutes, I still had not received a confirmation text, so I messaged asking for an approximate time. The reply stated they were "slammed" and that my order would be ready in about 30 minutes. After another 45 minutes, I still had not received any communication from them, so I decided to walk over to check on my order, hoping that it would be ready. The first thing I noticed was that there were not a lot of customers inside. I informed the server behind the bar that I was there to pick up my order, and she went back to check. When she returned, she told me that there were no pickup orders. I showed her the email with my order number and told her that I never received a confirmation from them. She went back into the kitchen, then came back and said they didn't have my order, but could make it while I waited - about 10 minutes. I reluctantly agreed and waited. When I got my order, I asked for a few extra cups of sauce. The server was put off, as if asked to perform an overwhelming task. Needless to say, I left the establishment with a less-than-favorable taste in my mouth. 24 hours later, I received a text from them that my order was confirmed and would be ready to be picked up. I texted back that this was 24 hours late and to cancel the order. The reply was that their texting service was unavailable, and to call for questions. I then replied to the confirmation email, hoping that would get through to them. No such luck. The reply I received said that delivery had failed - that their email box was full. I will say that the food was good, and that the server was mainly friendly. However, the whole online ordering system needs some serious revamping. I hope that Whiskey River will take this review as constructive criticism so that future customers will have an easier, smoother online ordering experience.

Every customer who had anything to say about the heat, this staff member decided to interject about a story she had about her recent trip to Mexico. The entire time doing drive-bys for people at the bar waiting for a drink, but at least she told people she went to Mexico! The food is solid and I want to like it, but it seems like the staff cares about the 3 returns that they know by name and couldn't care less about anyone else.

There were several drink booths set up before entering the venue--some with alcohol and some without, so choose wisely! We had dinner before arriving, so we didn't get a chance to try any of the food options. Overall, we had such a great time and are already looking forward to our next concert here!

I used Les Bois Limousine for my 30th birthday party, and it was so above and beyond my expectations in every way. Chris was an absolute delight to work with, and honestly a lot of fun to have along for the ride. He was very thorough and prompt in communication and SO accommodating. First off, I did a bit of research on limo companies in the area, and this one had nothing but glowing reviews and the price was the best for the duration we'd be using it. The morning of my party, I got a call from Chris saying there was a potential mechanical problem in the limo we were supposed to take. But before I could panic, he let me know he was upgrading us to the nicer, larger limo, at no extra cost. Obviously this isn't something anyone should expect, but it was so nice that not only did he make it right, he went so far above and beyond. And it was fun to get to invite a few extra last minute guests! We decided to do winery tours around the snake river valley and it was absolutely the best day. Chris provided us with a giant bottle of champagne for the ride. Which paired nicely with the other 10 or 11 bottles we had he allowed us to bring snacks in the limo, and provided ice and glasses, and allowed us to hook up our own music, which we probably annoyingly took advantage of. Admittedly we were a rowdy bunch and I'm sure we were a lot to herd from place to place and Chris was so patient, and encouraged the party along the whole way. We ended up having so much fun we decided to pay for another hour, which he was so flexible and willing to do. It was the absolute best birthday I've ever had, and I'm just waiting for the next limo worthy occasion, so I can call Chris again! 10/10 would recommend!

We were on the road for 2 months and broke down in our RV outside Nampa, Idaho. We called five RV repair centers, and they were all booked a week out including Rent for Fun RV. Shelby told us to get the RV towed in and he would take a quick look to see if he could determine our problem. He offered us a car while they checked on the motorhome so we could get something to eat. Upon returning Shelby located the problem, repaired the problem and we went on our way.
