I went this morning and met Dr. Harris who wasn't friendly and did not introduce himself, After telling him about the pain I was having, he felt my neck and then RUDELY said I don't treat this, I treat vertigo. This appt was a waste of time that could have been avoided. If this ENT doesn't treat ear pain then I should have been told while making the appointment. It would not have been made.

My surgeon faxed over a form for their office to sign about two months prior to my surgery. They've tried numerous times to get the doctor to sign it and fax and or email it back to my surgeon. I personally have called four times to get it done, each time I called, they said they would take care of it. Never got done. Now my surgery is tomorrow. When I called Niceville Family Practice, Mrs. Cindy was so helpful. She got me in on the same day I called. I saw their ARNP (Registered Nurse Practitioner), Kimberly Smith. Mrs. Kimberly was so friendly and helpful. I had a question about a new prescription and even though she wasn't familiar with it, she went and did some research while I waited. She came back with the required tests I would need and had me on my way in no time. I had to return shortly after for a follow up and they got me in so fast and I was back to work in less than an hour. However I did not feel like I was rushed in any way! Mrs. Smith took her time in going over everything with me. I definitely recommend this practice!
